The Hardest Part of a Comeback?

Knowing Where to Start.

Knowing Where to Start.

You’ve been there before — strong, confident, and at your peak.

But then life happened…

  • An injury sidelined you.

  • Time away from training left you unsure how to get back.

  • You’re frustrated with gimmicky programs that don’t work.

  • You’re worried about getting re-injured or wasting hours in the gym.

I Know Exactly How You Feel

Because I’ve Been There Too.

Because I’ve Been There Too.

Hey, I'm Tyler Nawrocki

I help former athletes and recreational lifters rebuild strength, confidence, and performance — safely.

I started lifting at 15, driven by nothing but passion and a backpack full of old fitness magazines.

Over the years, I went from training beginners to coaching injury rehab patients, earning a spot as a professional rugby player, and becoming an Olympic lifting expert.

But what truly shaped my approach was seeing so many people stuck, afraid of getting hurt again, or unsure of how to train properly.

That’s why I created The Comeback Method, to give you a clear, structured path back to strength and athleticism.

No gimmicks.
No shortcuts.
Just science-backed, proven methods that work.
